Description:

• Qingdao Lion Computerized Pillow Machine item no. QL003-PF is one of the lastest developed machines according to our customer's requirement and experince during using our machine.
• It is adjusted by PLC computer system that the whole line can be handled by only 2 operators, one of them is mainly working for raw material feeding and another one works for the 2 fillings that adjusted by control panel.
• It requires 2 or 3 dimensional hollow siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm. Normally there are 30% material can be mixed with non-siliconized fiber waste or wool etc. NOTE: The user should ask for confirmation from the seller before change the fillings.
• The filling time can be adjusted from the PLC control panel according to the different production size and filling quantity for each pillow case from each filling slot separately.
• Different requirement can be considered to work on our equipment to be suitable to the customer.
