Description:

• Qingdao Lion Computerized pillow filling line has been researched and developed according to our customers experience and advise from their daily operation, so and their requirement; also based on the automatic theory of the textile equipments.
• The material application can be 2 or 3 dimensional hollow siliconzied polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm length and bigger diameter than 30mic. Different material in this area can be mixed by this machine and opening in mean while.
• It is mainly used for filling pillow, cushion, filling comforters, pet pads and big soft toys etc.
• Adopting metallic self-lock wires for the fiber opener parts, so that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% and not be damaged; the self-lock wire is 4 times usage life than the normal wire.
• There is no need any labor working by the bale opener; first of all put a whole bale of raw material onto the bale opener conveyer which is working automatically and continuously.
• The whole line is controlled by computerized control system and only need 1 operator working at the filling device.
• If a 600g pillow filling, it will be handled for 6pcs per minute.
